The HCL acquisition of IBM’s collaboration software, which includes Notes/Domino, Connections, AppScan, BigFix, Commerce, Digital Experience (Portal and Content Manager), and Unica, was completed on July 1st, 2019.
Workflow Studios joined the HCL partner program in February to help our customers prepare for the transition process. Since then, we have been working closely with HCL in order to answer customer questions and ensure our customers have the support they need. We want to let our customers know that as an HCL Partner, WFS will continue to support, develop solutions for, and resell Notes/Domino.
HCL offers a Client Advocacy Program which provides customers with newsletter updates, information about product road maps, hands-on technical support and even lab services. All IBM Domino Customers and Business Partners with active IBM Software Subscription and Support are eligible for the "HCL Client Advocacy - Domino" program.
