Client Advocacy Program: If you are an existing IBM Domino Customer or Business Partner wanting to know more about the IBM/HCL transition, sign up for the HCL Client Advocacy program. The Client Advocacy program takes an interactive approach to customer relations in order to provide the greatest value and service to customers. By participating in the program, you not only receive regular updates on product news and services, but also continuous product support and advice to meet your business needs. The Client Advocacy Program allows you to discuss successes and challenges, and let HCL know of any technical issues you’re experiencing with the platform. There is no additional cost for the program to customers with active Software Subscription and Support.
HCL Factory Tour: As part of HCL’s efforts to share product plans, they periodically invite select partners and customers to the HCL Factory Tour. Workflow will be in Chelmsford, MA this week to participate, ask questions about the customer/partner channel, and provide feedback on the plans for the Digital Experience product group going forward.
